1-2 years of food beverage experience in a banquet setting preferred A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight - 50 pounds Capable of standing for long amounts of time and also moving around constantly for highly active shifts Strong supervisory skills Able to work efficiently in a team oriented environment Takes pride in a job well done Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays A fun and energized person Committed to delivering a high level of customer service Demonstrates Hyatt Values: Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity and Fun
