Job Description

The Grande Dame is now hiring for a Stewarding Supervisor.  Come and join the #1 Hotel in the City of Pittsburgh and her Team!

Responsibilities

This person is responsible for assisting in the supervison of the stewarding team and back of the house cleanliness.   Duties may include supervising of food running, cleaning pots, pans and cookware utensils, keeping cookware washing area and kitchen floor clean and free of debris, storing clean items in proper locations, empty trash containers, operate compactor, and completing other duties through out the departments as assigned by manager. 

Qualifications

Position will be primarily PM shifts but must be available to work all shifts; AM, PM & overnight, weekends and holidays. 

This job requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 70 pounds.  

Prior supervisory experience is required.  Prior Stewarding experience in a Hotel environment is preferred.
