Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President, the Stewardship Manager oversees and executes all donor stewardship initiatives as well as coordinates select cultivation and stewardship events with the goal of delivering best-in-class stewardship to the Foundation’s donor community. The Manager provides leadership for all donor stewardship as well as cultivation support, managing a comprehensive stewardship and recognition program and offering cultivation resources and opportunities that support revenue generation. The Manager is responsible for working with staff and volunteer leadership to plan, coordinate and implement select events designed to cultivate, engage, steward and promote community awareness of the Foundation and St. Joseph’s Hospitals. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

3 years managing and supporting philanthropic events and stewardship activities. In addition, requires excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented and ability to prioritize work, organize multiple priorities and meet all deadlines in a timely fashion. 

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Management; Communications; OR Related FieldFacility:

Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings,  3 = Nights,  4 = Varies
