Job Title: STIBO Architect (Onsite)

Work Location: Isle, IL

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data management solutions ensuring data integrity and optimizing data workflows. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of MDM principles and hands-on experience with Stibo. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data management initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency. Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business objectives. Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data workflows and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data quality and governance by implementing best practices and standards. Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and systems. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement in data management. Support the integration of data from various sources to create a unified data repository. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain system performance and reliability. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management and MDM technologies. Contribute to the development of data management policies and procedures. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data management solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Data Management Functional with at least 8 years of experience. Demonstrate expertise in MDM Architecture and its application in real-world scenarios. Have hands-on experience with Stibo and its various functionalities. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Display strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data management challenges. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies. Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members. Possess a strong understanding of data quality and governance principles. Show experience in integrating data from multiple sources. Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement data management policies and procedures. Have a proven track record of successfully leading data management initiatives.

Certifications Required

Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) Master Data Management (MDM) Certification

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $88,200 – $139,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
