Stibo Developer- MDM/Scrum Master
**Job Title: Onshore STIBO Scrum Master cum Developer** **Location: Dallas, TX** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Sr STIBO STEP Developer with over 10 years of hands-on implementation expertise across various components of the STIBO STEP platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) best practices, along with deep knowledge of data modeling, workflows, security configuration, and integration development. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with clients and vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead a team of 12 members, mentoring professionals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. + Conduct Scrum ceremonies, guide the team in estimation, and clarify requirements with the Product Owner (PO). + Demonstrate strong liaison skills between product management leadership, Product Owners, and development team members. + Organize a Scrum Team with a strong focus on customer success in a global environment, continuously developing your skills and knowledge. + Work closely with development teams in the Scrum process, providing advice, support, and experience to team members from various global regions. + Ensure quality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities like root cause and impact analysis. + Generate performance metrics for the team (burndowns, burnups, velocity, capacity, status updates, etc.) and ensure the information is available to the rest of the organization. **Required Skills:** + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. + Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). + Deep knowledge of data modeling, workflows, security configuration, and integration development. + Strong understanding of PIM, MDM, and DAM best practices. + Ability to validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team, providing suggestions and recommendations based on previous experience and industry best practices **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
