Job Title: Stibo STEP MDM Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an expert Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills in Stibo STEP MDM functional / developer resource Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. Experience in Order and Demand Management domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust data management solutions

Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of MDM Architecture solutions to meet business requirements. Coordinate the integration of Stibo systems to ensure seamless data management. Provide technical expertise in JavaScript to develop and maintain data management applications. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements. Ensure data quality and consistency across various systems and platforms. Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures. Supervise and optimize data management processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data management standards. Deliver training and support to team members on data management standard processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and MDM Architecture. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and consistency to standard processes. Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and systems. Work closely with team members to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions. Qualifications Possess deep technical skills in JavaScript Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. Have experience in Order and Demand Management domains. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit good communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining data management applications. Have a solid grasp of data quality and consistency principles. Be capable of conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field. Be able to deliver training and support to team members. Have experience in defining and implementing data management policies. Be proficient in supervising and optimizing data management processes. Possess excellent documentation skills. Be able to work optimally in a hybrid work model. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 – $156,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
