STNA (Even More Care)
Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care
End-of-life care should never feel transactional, yet it requires an extraordinary level of commitment, resilience, and heart. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of their circumstances. In these sacred moments, we ensure that no one dies alone and that families find comfort in knowing their loved one is cared for with unwavering presence and kindness.
Our Even More Care program provides bedside support for patients in the active stages of dying, offering not only physical care but also emotional reassurance to patients and their families. This role demands strength, adaptability, and a deep sense of purpose—navigating both the emotional weight of loss and the physical demands of traveling between patients to provide care wherever it’s needed. State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) in this role are entrusted with being a compassionate anchor, ensuring dignity and peace in a person’s final hours. When not sitting bedside, our STNAs assist with essential tasks such as supply deliveries, routine aide visits, and office support—always upholding the mission of providing the best possible care.
If you have the resilience to face life’s hardest moments heart first, the compassion to support patients and families through their final journey, and the dedication to make an immeasurable impact, we invite you to join our team.
