Location: Cincinnati, OH

Coverage area: The service area is southern Cincinnati, Warren, Clermont, Hamilton, and Butler 

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

 

How you will contribute (not limited to)

You will make a difference in our patient’s lives by coordinating with the assigned nurse to provide safe patient care and report out on the patient’s condition. You will perform personal care, take vitals, communicate with families, and other duties as assigned. You will travel between patients and work as part of an interdisciplinary team that supports both families and patients during their end-of-life journey.
