We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator (STO) at our Worthington, Indiana location. We stay busy and challenged year-round at our production plants and offer a diversity of tasks and activities! We take pride in the quality of our work and the safety of all our team members.

What You’ll Do:

Work with carriers and our corporate distribution team to ensure finished product ships immediately Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and make special arrangements as necessary Partner with Production Technicians to ensure quality and accuracy of work Keep warehouse capacity at control levels and seed steadily shipping so we do not experience any production bottlenecks Ensure direct materials arrive in time for production runs Support off-site warehouse operations Monitor daily activities and ensure time and quality commitments are met Coordinate the shipping and logistics process of products to sales representatives, customers, growers, and other Corteva locations Accurately complete and maintain records in accordance with the Corteva Records Retention Policy Other duties as assigned Qualifications

What Skills You Need:

You have a High School Diploma or equivalent You possess two (2) to four (4) years of logistics, supply chain, production, operations, or other related planning and scheduling experience You love variety of tasks as well as enjoy working hard and staying busy! You are comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as required You are willing and able to the following with or without reasonable accommodation: climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods of time, work outdoors and indoors within hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions You are willing and able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, and perform work which involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers You have high attention to detail, ability to multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skills Data analysis? No problem! You are an Excel guru and strong with computer applications. You can chart data to analyze results to assist in making business decisions You value health and safety! You will always work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you and your colleagues go home safely every day You understand that delivering to our customers on-time keeps us viable and are willing and able to work overtime hours, which include weekends during seasonal peaks to support production demand

What Makes You Stand Out:

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, or related field Knowledge or experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work Experience leading programs or processes
