Stock Administrator
The main purpose of this position is to organize and implement the stock control function in various departments dealing with stock items including, Cleaning Materials, Consumables, Kiosk Purchases, Medical Supplies, Geysers, Facilities Tools, and computer equipment. To be responsible for implementing indent stock control areas with authorised personnel. To conduct ongoing Audits in stockrooms and report on stock levels and variances. To generate orders with the respective managers to replenish stock levels. To where necessary receive stock orders from suppliers and check against invoices and orders
 
Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate in Stock Management / Warehouse Management / Accounting 3-5 years’ relevant proven reception, secretarial and administrative experience Computer Literate (Microsoft Word and Excel) Fully Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Preferred Skills
Good time management, strong communication and negotiation skills Analytical, numeracy and strategic thinking skills Planning, organizing and ability to make decisions Methodical and ability to work in a team and individually Attention to detail Accountability Duties will include but not limited to:
To ensure a well-organized stock control system. Manage stock control in various storerooms and purchasing functions. To report on stock shrinkage and stock levels on a regular basis. To control access to stockrooms and ensure stock movement is recorded properly. To conduct Audits on stocks on a regular basis.
