The opportunity
This role reports to the Director of Equity Operations. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Stock Administrator with a strong track record of success in a fast paced, high-growth environment. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with a small team to manage and execute all equity-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What you'll be doing
Maintain Equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keepingProcess new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreementsManage Trade Clearances with legal team partnershipAct as Equity point of contact for global employee questions and concernsWork with Payroll Team to provide timely and accurate reporting around Equity EventsPerform other ad hoc projectsWhat we're looking for
Previous experience as a Stock Plan Admin or similar position in a public company setting (Preferred, but not necessary)Familiar with all equity vehicles (Options, RSUs, ESPP, etc.)Familiar with ESPP, Sect 16 filings, and 10B5-1 PlanExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to function well in a very collaborative ecosystemYou might also have
