Job Information
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Stock Clerk (SCI) holds a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations. The SCI is responsible for regularly performing a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and shipping of books to customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
Accurately picking orders from warehouse shelves based on customer and client requests
Efficiently packing orders to ensure secure and safe shipping.
Preparing shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipments.
Collaborating closely with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and current.
Assisting with the receiving and unpacking of incoming shipments.
Performing other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills required.
Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Additional Responsibilities
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Experience:
Warehouse order fulfillment experience preferred.
Technical Knowledge or Skills:
Familiarity with CRT terminal preferred.
Ability to read and calculate simple mathematical problems required.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Warehouse environment.
Exposure to moving machinery.
High dust, dirt environment.
High noise environment.
Daily attendance.
Stand for long periods on concrete floor.
Bend, crouch and stoop.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range:
$17.26 -$18.40
