Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Stock Clerk Maintenance Associate to join our team within the Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) department. The Stock Clerk Maintenance Associate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stocking throughout the facility to ensure smooth operational flow. The position will be responsible for tasks such as operating machinery, maintaining floor cleanliness, restocking supplies, and supporting the efficient operation of the packing and shipping areas.
Responsibilities:
Operate Bailer: Safely operate the bailer for compacting recyclable materials and ensuring a tidy work environment.
Waste Management: Regularly take out the garbage and ensure waste is disposed of properly and timely throughout the day.
Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors across various areas of the facility, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Dusting & Shelving: Dust shelves, racks, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and organized facility.
End-of-Line Support: Transport and distribute tubs from the end of the production line back to appropriate zones, twice a day (possibly three times, depending on operational needs).
Zone 0 Maintenance: Maintain Zone 0 by keeping it clean, organized, and presentable for staff and visitors.
Restock Packing Stations: Replenish packing supplies, including tape, labels, and other necessary materials, to ensure packing stations are fully stocked and ready for use.
Restock Corrugated Materials: Keep box skids stocked with corrugated materials to support packers and prevent any disruptions in the packing process.

Additional Responsibilities
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Experience:
Previous experience in a facilities or warehouse setting preferred.
Technical Knowledge or Skills:
Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards preferred.
Ability to operate a bailer and other equipment as needed preferred.
Must be able to operate an industrial floor scrubber.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Warehouse and production environment.
May be exposed to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
Ability to bend, twist, and reach as needed.
Pay Range:
$16.84-$17.95
