Unload Trucks
Receive and stock merchandise throughout the facility.
Organize and maintain the backroom, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Follow company safety, cleaning, and operating procedures.
Utilize equipment appropriately and safely.
Set up displays and maintain modular integrity.
Receive, sort, stage, and deliver merchandise efficiently.
Complete paperwork, logs, and other required documentation accurately.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Inventory Management Experience: Proficiency in tracking and managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with Safety Regulations: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards relevant to warehouse operations.
Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and communication.
Multitasking Ability: Skill in handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or efficiency.
Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Physical Stamina: Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and handling equipment. Able to walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and the ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
