The Logistics Team is seeking a Stock Control Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Generating reports and monitoring data related to quality inspections and inventory
Initiate and resolve cycle counts
Conduct research to resolve inventory quality and damage complaints
Collect and report on quality assurance issues and inspections
Resolve issues related to receiving inventory
Inventory variance resolution and research
Creation and updates to purchase orders for inbound inventory
System maintenance
Effectively communicate on a high professional level
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers and stakeholders
Qualifications/skills required:
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
Identify errors and imperfections of samples
Knowledge of quality standards for book industry
Ability to work accurately and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new methods & systems required to adapt to changes in the work environment
PC Proficiency to include Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of SAP and MARC
Good overall attendance record
Possess overall comprehension of filing procedures.
Accurate, organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow up skills
The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per year.
All positions are currently eligible for profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
