Minimum requirements:
Matric certificate Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry will be advantageous  3-5 years' experience in a Senior Administrative role  Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of stock control and inventory management Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs Advise clients on necessary repairs and maintenance, providing clear cost estimates Schedule and coordinate repairs efficiently with the service department Maintain accurate digital records of service details, parts usage, and repair status Oversee stock control and manage inventory levels to ensure part availability Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
