Join our dynamic team as a Retail Stocking Associate and be a part of creating an exceptional shopping experience! _Adecco’s client is seeking an_ **_Inventory/Stock Clerk_** _to join their team in_ **_Monmouth Junction, NJ._** **_Why work with Adecco:_** + **_Pay is $_** **_15.93/HR._** + **_Benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k._** + **_Shift – Tues – Fri (10 AM – 4 PM)_** **_What you’ll do:_** · **Process and replenish merchandise** to keep the store well-stocked and appealing to customers. · **Maintain store appearance** by restocking items on shelves and arranging displays according to merchandising standards. · **Unload shipments** from pallets, verify inventory, and organize products in the stockroom and on the sales floor. · **Collaborate with team members** to achieve store goals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. · Provide friendly and helpful **customer service** by assisting customers on the sales floor as needed. **_Qualifications:_** · **_Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required._** · **_Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and handle physical tasks related to stocking merchandise._** · **_Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift to assist customers and stock products._** · Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. · Attention to detail and ability to follow store processes to ensure accurate stocking and organization. **_Note:_** **_This role is On-site in Monmouth Junction, NJ.
