**Job Posting: Medical Supply Chain Technician** Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) Location: Novant Health Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Supply Chain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: + Scanning and receiving medical supplies into the hospital. + Unloading trucks as needed. + Breaking down boxes and organizing supplies. + Scanning products for inventory and budgeting purposes. + Building and maintaining various “code carts” for the hospital and nearby clinics, ensuring each cart is stocked with the correct items. + Checking expiration dates on all supplies and adhering to the “first in, first out” principle. Desired Skillsets: + Inventory management skills. + Basic math and counting skills. + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Ability to walk long distances. + Experience with inventory scanning. + Customer service experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + This is a physical position requiring the ability to pull carts of supplies to operating rooms. + Tasks include opening and breaking down boxes, receiving products, and stocking items. + Expect to walk between 15,000 - 20,000 steps per shift.
