Job Title: Stockroom/ Warehouse Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Stockroom Clerk/Material Handler to manage inventory control activities, ensure accurate cycle counting and auditing, and handle material verification from receiving. This role involves picking, packing, labeling, and monitoring shelf life for inventory, as well as maintaining 5S standards and using RF handhelds. You will also be responsible for managing special handling of sensitive material and completing various assignments or special projects as needed.

ResponsibilitiesConduct inventory control activities, including making continued improvement recommendations and solving issues.Perform cycle counting and inventory auditing, including making continued improvement recommendations and solving issues.Pick, pack, and audit work orders.Label inventory, including bagging and boxing.Verify materials from receiving.Monitor shelf life for expiration dates for inventory.Manage special handling of sensitive materials.Replenish materials as needed.Use RF handheld devices.Maintain 5S standards.Complete assignments for special projects or tasks as needed.Operate Powered Industrial Trucks.Essential SkillsAbility to follow written and verbal work instructions in English.Good math knowledge.Ability to work effectively with team members, other departments, and management.Good communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP, Outlook, and Workday is useful.Ability to obtain a forklift license.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite at a facility in Livermore, CA. The environment is incredibly fast-paced, and you will be standing on your feet all day. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50lbs with assistance, and may involve pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, bending, carrying, lifting, walking, and the use of proper ergonomics. You will also need to wear steel toe shoes/boots meeting the OSHA standard ASTM F2413-11 and be prepared to stand for 8 hours or longer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50
