Responsible for overseeing all Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) purchasing activities and projects at the Hagerstown plant, this role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities. This position is the primary point of contact for all MRO procurement needs, including overseeing plant MRO inventory, managing SAP and physical inventory, and sourcing essential items necessary for the facility's operations. Effective and prompt communication with internal stakeholders and vendors is crucial, alongside building and maintaining strong vendor relations through consistent follow-up and follow-through.

Essential Functions:
Purchasing of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials and services that are required to do daily business by obtaining multiple quotes for items to be purchased for the site with our preferred MRO suppliers and other established vendors, manage cost control, obtain cost savings, and maintain supporting documentation for auditing purposes.

Stockroom Inventory Management by understanding and executing the following fundamentals for the overall efficiency, accuracy, quality, and organization of the stockroom area:
Inventory Accuracy Cycle Counting RMA Management Root Cause Analysis VMI Management SKU classification and slotting locations MRO Pricing Inventory Management controls Receiving/Put Away/Ship functions Daily & Month-end reports Purchasing E tools (Agora) Preparation for Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) by planning and managing the stockroom inventory to ensure the stock of all parts and materials are available at the site Responsible for the execution of Emergency (same-day) MRO purchases and shipping/delivery Serve as back-up Stockroom Clerk
