Nel ruolo di Sales Assistant al Milan Store Milano, il tuo compito sarà quello di far vivere a tutti i tifosi dell‘ AC Milan un’indimenticabile esperienza d’acquisto in negozio, garantendo i più elevati standard di servizio al cliente. Dovrai sempre rappresentare l’azienda (Fanatics International) ed il brand (AC Milan) nel miglior modo possibile.
Responsabilità
o Garantire il più elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente attraverso un eccellente servizio di venditao Contribuire a mantenere costantemente il negozio in condizioni eccellenti, svolgendo tutte le operazioni di routine quotidiana, incluse le attività di visual merchandisingo Assicurarsi che il negozio sia sempre perfettamente riassortitoo Contribuire attivamente alla ricezione e stoccaggio della merce in consegnao Utilizzare gli strumenti di cassao Personalizzazione dei prodotti (maglie gara, tazze, etc)o Attenersi a tutte le procedure giornaliere, comprese quelle di ordinaria pulizia
Esperienza
o La pregressa esperienza nel retail è preferibile ma non fondamentale in quanto verrà offerta una completa formazioneo E‘ richiesta una forte passione per il calcio e in generale per il mondo dello sporto Predisposizione al contatto col pubblicoo Disponibilità a lavorare su turni o Buon livello di inglese
