THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or equivalent 3-6 months retail and/or device repair experience (preferred)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR STORE ASSOCIATE

As a Store Associate, your day begins with a warm greeting to customers as they walk through the door. You quickly assess their needs, guiding them through the products and services you offer, helping them find the best solutions. When a customer comes in with a damaged cell phone, you take the time to troubleshoot and repair the device, ensuring it's as good as new. Throughout the day, you also program key fobs and cut keys for those who need them, all while offering friendly advice. As the afternoon rolls in, you may assist a customer in installing a new automotive battery, explaining each step to ensure they feel confident. You finish the day knowing you've made a difference, leaving customers satisfied with their experiences.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Shifts vary in this customer service role; our store hours include:

8 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday 9 am - 7 pm, Saturday 10 am - 6 pm, Sunday
