Store Conversion Specialist Location: Fort Wayne, IN Level: Salaried Division / Department: Sales & Business Development / Sales Operations Reports to: Store Conversion Supervisor Travel: 30-40% - Travel managing new member conversion projects across the US, meetings with members and prospects, regional and national sales meetings and markets About the Role: The candidate will be primarily responsible for the execution of new member conversion projects, including planning, scheduling and managing the on site tagging process, as well as coordinating the data conversion process with the Data Analysts and POS provider. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision; must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask; must be resourceful in solving problems. This position requires a strong knowledge of Access, Excel, Google Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Candidates must be able to generate tables, queries, reports, and exports in Access with limited training. Responsibilities include:
+ Facilitating the process of converting new member stores to Do it Best Corp.
+ Plan, manage and implement new member conversions using the tools available.
+ Schedule and manage the on-site crew, be available to the crew, TSM and member for consultation throughout the process.
+ Serve as key contact for a new member throughout their conversion/onboarding process to answer questions relating to the update of the POS, tagging process and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
+ Work with Sales Support Coordinators to ensure that equipment and supplies are ordered and shipped appropriately.
+ Assist the Retail Technology and Sales Support teams with any data issues related to the conversion process.
+ Support the New Member Conversion Supervisor on any special assignments or projects, as assigned.
Education and Experience: Minimum
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ Demonstrated familiarity with using standard business computer applications (Access, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
+ Ability and willingness develop data analysis skills
Desired
+ Demonstrated skills in data analysis
+ Understanding of POS data/operation
+ Previous Project Management experience
+ Previous Retail experience
Skills and Abilities: Minimum
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Optimistic Sales demeanor
