As an off-price retailer, we generate more than $9B in sales through our nationwide network of stores. This roleis instrumental in the planning and execution of successful store installation projects. The Store Install Specialist will work independently, proactively managing vendors to provide services as contracted and to provide accurate and constant communication to ensure timely delivery and installation of fixtures for all new stores, remodels, and capital projects. **A Day in the Life** + Develop and implement installation timelines and budgets, including the creation of scopes of work and manage vendors throughout execution to ensure materials delivery, installation schedule and quality expectations are met. + Manage and track assigned project schedules/milestones to ensure projects timely completion. + Prioritize actions according to the level of urgency while remaining within budget parameters. + Respond to, review, approve, and secure funding for project change orders and special requests according to level of urgency to remain within budget parameters and to meet store opening date. + Serve as lead project overseeing fixture equipment, and signage installations for multiple store locations. + Manage night and weekend installation work (special projects, demand requests, new and remodel locations) negotiate with temp agencies to place orders for temp labor and manage temps to ensure adherence to established labor budget for each install. + Enforce contract compliance with sub-contractors and national vendors to ensure standards are maintained (fixture vendors and temp agencies for installation). + Initiate, manage and approve work orders for services. Secure funding as appropriate. + Create, submit, and verify vendor invoices to ensure contracted pricing is met and resolve non-compliance issues with vendors/construction/store ops team. **You Will Come With** + Associates degree or equivalent work experience + 3+ years of experience in procurement, construction installations, project management execution or similar work experience + Software requirements: MS Office w/solid Excel, project management and/or project tracking tools, knowledge of Smartsheets + Ability to travel occasionally within the local market (PA, NY, NJ) **_Come join our team.
