A Storekeeper will support the Finance and Operations departments by managing inventory, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth logistical operations. This role involves coordinating with other departments, handling inventory-related documentation, and ensuring efficient stock control.

\nWhat will I be doing?\n

As a Storekeeper, you will play a key role in inventory management within the department. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nAssist in daily operations related to stock management and inventory control\nCommunicate effectively with other departments regarding stock availability and requisitions\nHandle and maintain records of inventory transactions and stock movements\nEnsure proper storage, organization, and tracking of materials and supplies\nMaintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks\nAttend relevant meetings and provide updates on stock levels and requirements\nFollow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and control\nWhat are we looking for?\n

A Storekeeper serving Hilton brands is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth storage operations. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nPrevious experience in a high-volume inventory or warehouse management function\nComputer literate, with good MS Excel skills\nStrong time management and organizational skills\nAttention to detail and accuracy in stock handling\nPassion for providing efficient and reliable inventory control\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious knowledge of the Birchstreet purchasing system and/or Navision\nRelevant degree or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business discipline\n\n
