Work Location : 2nd Industrial City - Jeddah
Key responsibilities To manage all warehouses (Raw, Packaging & Glass) activities. Putting stock in accordance with the Company’s Quality procedures (stock rotation). Issue materials, supplies, tools, parts and equipment, obtaining proper records and requisitions with respect to FEFO standards. Perform weekly cycle counts, quarterly inventory, mid -year inventory, year-end inventory, physical inventory and prepare year-end inventory reports. Follow-up aging/ expiry reports for W/H stock items. Follow-up daily delivery from suppliers, check time on promised, check purchasing order with delivery note. Follow-up racking of items in its locations. Supervise issuing items to production lines. Track material usage and establish reorder points. Ensuring the quality and inventory accuracy by verifying it through QC and SC records. Ensure quality approval for material before receiving (for hold material to be marked and isolated in specific area). Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. Label, and store incoming goods in designated locations. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for staging/shipment to customers. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards. Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications and skills Coaching and developing leadership capabilities for our future growth. Work on developing new ideas to be efficient and reduce supply chain costs. Developing a culture and ways of working where Customer Service, Quality, Health, Safety and environmental standards are a normal and integral aspect of all roles.
