FUNCTION OF THE JOB
To provide superior maintenance service to all Beall’s and Beall’s Outlets stores.

INTERACTION:
• Extensive interaction with Corporate Director of Facilities, Corporate Maintenance Manager, store
managers, assistant store managers, vendors and store personnel.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES (Essential Functions):
• Maintain and repair all store equipment, including air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Install all Point of Sale equipment at new store locations.
• Inspect A/C units to determine need for unit replacement.
• Add and replace store equipment and lighting when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Overnight travel may be required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
• There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with
or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must have full body rotation and movement.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds with little or no difficulty.
• Must work with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Must be able to climb a 16 ft. ladder.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s license.
• Freon Recovery Certificate is required.
• Electrical and air conditioning experience is required.
• Fluent in English.
