Responsibilities Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retentionMeeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsulting customers in a professional, upbeat mannerProactively building loyalty and longterm relationships with customersIncreasing customer traffic through local store marketingMaintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accountsMaintaining a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalentCustomer service experienceTwo or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceReliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekendsFriendly competitive drive to meet sales goalsProven customer service experiencePolished professional appearanceExellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and organizationAbility to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
