The xxxxxgroup operates over 100 stores in 27 airports across Japan, handling mainly Japanese sweets and confections as well as various other regional specialties. Under the mission of delivering quality Japanese sweets globally, xxxxx Americas opened the first xxxxx store in San Jose, California in 2009. Now there are 10 locations in California, Seattle, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Vancouver BC. Our main supplier partners at San Jose store are ROYCE' Chocolate, Yoku Moku, Minamoto Kitchoan, Mochi Cream, Kobe Fugetsudo, Ishiya Seika and more.
Summary of Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall management of the store, staff, merchandising and customer service. The Store Manager is also responsible for driving his or her team to achieve sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing associates to the next level.
