Requirements:

A Matric certificate 5 years retail store management experience with a minimum of 3 years flag store leadership experience High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations. A high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers. An outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers Figure and admin orientated Management Experience Organised and thorough An excellent leader and business manager Profit and turnover driven Able to manage risk within the store Strategic Sales Planning Managing the Sales Process Customer Value Management
