Store Manager

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Retail & Sample Sales the Store Manager manages all aspects of retail store operations including sales/customer service, merchandising, sales planning/allocations, staffing and team member relations, loss prevention, cash handling, training, communication and adhering to all company policies/procedures and safety regulations. You will use strong customer service skills while assisting our valued customers with a proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team. You will create a positive, productive and fun atmosphere for all store team members and our customers.

Your Impact

Acquire and disseminate operational information necessary to maximize business opportunities (sales, cogs and recovery goals, changes in business strategies, allocation information, P&L results, etc.)

Present business information concisely; use business information to produce business plans and motivate/develop team members.  

Maintain operational efficiency of Retail Store functions.

Ensure that day-to-day operations are completed on time and with a high degree of accuracy. Conducts operations audits and addresses concerns about accuracy and productivity.

Conduct annual physical inventory processes, and inventory reconciliation activities.

Responsible for purchasing needed supplies and ensuring service invoices are paid timely while managing the stores's operation budget to include weekly payroll targets.

Maintain Outlet Division merchandising standards by ensuring that products are available on the sales floor, product is organized in a manner that allows for customers' ease of shopping.

Design and implement floor layout and moves in partnership with Assistant Managers / Keyholders.

What You Bring

3+ years of Store Manager experience

Previous experience managing all aspects of a similar retail operation

High school diploma, vocational degree or associate's degree

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
