POSITION BASED OUT OF VANDERBILT, MICHIGAN

Your Role You’re fully responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. You’ll teach, coach and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders. You’ll work with the store Assistant Managers closely, so select people well for that position.
You’re also responsible for all the details including, meeting store goals and metrics, developing great relationships with our customers, growing the business, and performing the important audit and compliance work that goes with retail operations. A High School diploma or equivalent is needed to apply for the position. A combination of some college credits and aplicable work experience would be helpful but not manditory. We would like to see at least five years of progressively responsible retail experience. Please be able to demonstrate your approachable leadership style, relationship-building and coaching skills, an ease with technology, and a sense of drive and purpose. We’re going to look closely at your ability to communicate throughout the time we get to know one another. You'll also need reliable transportation and valid current auto insurance in order to perform some leader roles. Open availability is necessary since you'll be needed in the store on different shifts, including some nights, weekends, and holidays. We suggest looking at it this way, these are great times to really understand the business, your customers and your team. This understanding will help you put together the best game plan for your team.
