About The RoleAs a Store Manager at Dyson, you will serve as a Company Brand Ambassador and a business leader, responsible for overall store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities to achieve store goals. This includes managing and coaching the store team, ensuring succession plans and internal growth. Behind the scenes, you’ll oversee operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. Collaborating with the Stores Manager, you will monitor key metrics like traffic, demos, sales, and customer feedback, and report results with action recommendations. You'll support the Stores Manager to ensure all ideas and suggestions are considered. Recognizing and addressing performance needs is crucial. You will make decisions considering broader omnichannel implications, define and control KPIs, lead by example, and be present on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
