Maintain optimal inventory levels, organize stock based on expiry dates, and implement theft reduction strategies. Lead marketing and sales initiatives, including merchandising displays and monthly promotions. Manage and develop store staff, including scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to company policies, including health and safety, anti-discrimination, and integrity standards. Supervise financial operations, including cash handling, sales tracking, and bank deposits. Maintain store technology, including POS systems, label printers, and security systems. Store Manager Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in retail store management. Experience managing multiple store locations is an asset. Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
