Responsibilities

Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts Maintaining a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications
