Reporting to a Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and managing store operations to ensure the availability of products and services, optimal efficiency, minimisation of waste, and the delivery of a high quality service Continually monitoring store performance against KPI’s, identifying areas for improvement, and managing improvement initiatives through to implementation, to ensure the high performance of the store Ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations and company standards to contribute to an outstanding store environment for our customers Managing risk in the store to ensure risks are identified, documented and mitigated against Creating a strong customer service culture in store to ensure a high quality customer experience in line with the Morrisons brand Building and managing relationships with the local community to effectively promote Morrisons and contribute to the communities we operate in Leading colleagues to create the conditions that allow them to perform at their best and to support their development Provide strong leadership and high quality colleague facilities, ensuring the store is a great place for people to work Driving and delivering sales in line with the business plan, proactively identifying and seizing opportunities, to contribute to the commercial success of Morrisons Minimising costs whilst maintaining great customer service to ensure maximum profit and competitiveness
