International Fashion Label is searching for an experienced Store Manager for their store based in Rosebank
Responsibilities and Duties
Achievement of sales and profit budgets by the effective ongoing management of store resources and Procedures
Protection of all assets stock cash physical assets staff and customers through effective implementation of company policies
Set daily weekly monthly sales and targets for all staff and evaluate performance in the achievement of budgets and take action where necessary
Ensure store layouts are in line with company standards
Customer service
Ensure correct administration procedures in respect of stock room and markdowns
Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping
People management
Recruit develop guide staff to ensure customer friendly and efficient environment
Must be able to manage store
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years previous store management
Competencies / skills competencies/skills
Customer service orientation
Strong management skills / Ability to develop subordinates
Ability to plan organize and control effectively
Working knowledge of budget
Salary R8000 to R12000 cost to company per month
