Our client a leading high fashion retailer is looking for a Store Manager for their store based at the V&A Waterfront
Key Responsibilities
Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
Controlling expenses
Visual Merchandise Management
Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company standard
People management including recruitment development and training of staff employee relations & performance management
Executing in store merchandise strategy and standards
Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
Able to work mall trading hours
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years store management experience in a large fashion retail company
Proven track record at a Management level
Matric
A relevant business qualification would be advantageous
Figure and admin orientated
An excellent leader and business manager
Profit driven and an effective cost containment manager
An independent operator able to make quick decisions
Excellent customer service orientation
Have the ability to learn quickly
Salary Market Related
