THE TEAM

The mission of the Boutique Merchandising Department is to curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment to create exceptional shopping experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Boutique Merchandising Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating our merchandise assortment and presenting our product in the most inspiring way in our boutiques for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in the strategic placement of product to translate the product story, while maintaining the standards of product on the sales floor to deliver an Everyday Luxury experience. THE ROLE

As the Merchandising Manager, you will:

Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients.Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunitiesTranslate the product story through creative visual merchandisingLead the team to execute against Aritzia’s standards of product display and maintenance on the sales floorEnable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni channel servicesEnsure the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and OperationsManage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Merchandising Manager has:

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $35 - $41 USD per hour.
