PacSun is looking for multiple forward thinking, retail minded, creators of culture who have an appreciation for fashion and learning. The 2025 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week opportunity beginning June 17th, 2025 – August 22, 2025.
Store Operations Intern
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and publish communications for store teams, ensuring clarity and consistency. Support the maintenance of communication tools, including resource libraries and calendars. Assist with planning and executing projects, such as store rollouts, promotions, and operational updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, implement solutions, and drive initiatives. Track and respond to requests through the department inbox and HQ ticketing portal to ensure timely resolutions. Participate in coordinating store workload, seasonal initiatives, and training materials. Support store environment and facilities across all locations Perform administrative tasks and provide general support for Store Operations and Communications teams.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate Strong communication and relationship-building skills Analytical with a passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and creative thinking Able to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting as needed Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology
This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively, but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long- term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship ($20.00/hour), that’s right; we’re paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we’re at it. We look forward to meeting you!
