This position is based in Indianapolis, IN FreshRealm is looking for a Team Lead - Store Picking tooversee the activities of employees engaged in material handling, shipping, receiving,storageand transportation. **Key Responsibilities** + Responsible for training of new hires and/or temporary Associates + Owns execution of SOPs and holds Associates accountable; escalates discrepancies to Supervisor when necessary + Owns the safety of the team, ensures that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time + By owning the team’s quality standards, ensure that we send out a quality product to our + Assist Supervisor with development of the team and assist with training of critical roles + Motivate and challenge the team to achieve and exceed daily performance goals + Engage and show respect to associates on a daily basis.
