IT Qualification or certification. 2 years’ IT experience setting up/working with the following: Peripheral devices e.g., card machines and iPad’s Point of Sale hardware & software  General Networking (Routers, switches)  Project management and ability to work within deadlines. Preventative Maintenance in the Store network. Great communication(telephone etiquette), admin & documentation skills Nice to have: Familiarity with mobile devices, digital displays, and customer engagement technologies. Experience in conducting technology training sessions and creating user documentation is a plus.
  Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar certifications are desirable. Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the retail industry. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and retail-specific applications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering a high-quality service. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work. Must be able to engage with store on-site resources, mall management, and third-party vendors.
