**Job Title: Storeroom Cleaner and Organizer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated individual to perform thorough cleaning and organization of MRO storerooms. This role involves dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as organizing inventory and assisting with inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain positive relationships with clients. **Responsibilities** + Perform thorough cleaning of MRO storerooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. + Organize inventory by categorizing items, labeling shelves, and ensuring proper storage practices. + Assist with implementing a systematic inventory management process, including tracking and reporting stock levels. + Collaborate with the team to understand their specific needs and preferences regarding storeroom organization. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on-site. + Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients. + Possess a comprehensive understanding of hand tools utilized in the construction of storeroom shelving units. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in cleaning, organizing, or facilities management, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. + Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and effectively. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in facilities management or inventory management is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values dedication and attention to detail.
