RETIREES WELCOME:

Evening/night SHIFT - 20-25 hrs

Hours 6pm-2am

Duties:  Prepare store for 7AM opening by completing required tasks nightly.

Cashier; check in & stock- all nightly deliveries nightly.

plus:  mopping, cleaning, change out inside & outside garbage; wiping down & stocking all sections of store.

Requirements:  Valid driver's license,  must have own transportation - no rides.

Each franchisee is an independent contractor and as such may have a specific set of responsibilities for this position.  In general, the responsibilities may include:

Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of your franchisee’s guestsRecruit, train and develop staffDevelop strong vendor relationsMaintain a clean, properly stocked and merchandised storePromote 7-Eleven to your guests and communityMaximize sales and profitsIdentify and resolve sales obstaclesManage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls

Franchisees expect all candidates to be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.  Retail/Food Service experience is a plus.
