SUMMARY

The Warehouse/Stores Coordinator II provides overall support and execution of duties in SAP in a storeroom/warehouse setting. Actively supports and participates in the plant safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement efforts.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES: include, but are not limited to the following:

Check received storeroom materials against the receiving documents prior to placing in their assigned locations.  Wait on customers that need items from the storeroom.  Perform inventory cycle counts of storeroom materials.  Process movements of storeroom materials in SAP.  Ensure storeroom premises are maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.  Ensure adherence of established safety standards.  Manage storeroom repairable spares including interaction with vendors, entering requisitions, preparing shipping documents and follow-up.  Fill in for all warehouse positions.  Knowledgeable with shipping and receiving large items including heavy parts and machinery.  Overtime will be required as will a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the business including weekend rotation requirement.  Completes training plans. Supports mill and department goals in safety, environmental compliance, quality, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned.
