Summary Job title: Storeroom Implementation Specialist – APR specific Job ID: 202432680025 Department: Pasadena - IND Location: TX-Pasadena Description Summary: The Storeroom Implementation Specialist leads in the strategy, execution and completion of storeroom activities inside a customer location and facilitates this execution across the Division APR’s without variability. Reports to: PC Manager, Shared Resource Minimum Qualifications: + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PANDUIT labels, Dart Tool + Demonstrable ability to use Outlook or Mac Mail as well as remote meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability and willingness to travel + 3 Years of Storeroom experience + Extensive history in customer service + Clean driving record Preferred Qualifications: + Able to identify standard MRO material + Flexible Schedule + RAMP / CHAMP Program experience + Sales problem resolution ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES: + Task oriented with strong organizational skills + Strong Vendor Relationship management + Sales problem resolution. + Capacity to multi-task, to be organized and consistent Working Conditions: + Office environment as well as warehouse environment (concrete floors) and outdoor conditions (on asphalt, gravel, or grass) including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. + Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. + The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. + Some travel required Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: 60% Onboarding new customers and implementing new storerooms – includes travel 20% Calling existing customers and PC Executives to check for quality, satisfaction 5% Reporting and sales meetings: PC Managers and Servant Leadership PCFR 5% Participating in training of new employees in Storeroom activities 5% Working with vendors on Storeroom product presentation 5% Training on internet and in person to stay current with systems CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran Other Compensation: The following additional compensation may be applicable for this position: + Profit Sharing Benefits: Benefits available for this position are: + Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision Care for full-time positions + Disability Insurance + Life Insurance + 401(k) + Paid Sick Leave + Paid Holidays + Paid Vacation + Health Savings Account (HSA) and matching + Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + Teledoc + Paid Pregnancy & New Parent Leave
