Storeroom Supervisor

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Storeroom Supervisor for our lumber manufacturing facility in Dodson, LA. The Dodson mill is a dimensional lumber mill located in North Central, Louisiana. Sawmilling in Dodson has a rich history where it was home to the largest sawmill in the United States in 1900. It is located close to Ruston, LA, North Central Louisiana has great communities, outdoor scenic attractions, thriving arts, recreation and shopping.

The Dodson operation is a large, random length sawmill primarily producing lumber up to 20 feet in length with some specialty related capacity. Our facility is a high-tech manufacturing operation with recent capital upgrades, resulting in top performance. As Storeroom Supervisor, you will provide leadership in the storeroom and procurement activities to support the facility in achieving safety, quality, and production goals. You will also be responsible for supporting maintenance to ensure continuous process improvement and excellent manufacturing reliability. Relocation assistance is available

Key Functions

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $66,703 - $100.055 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
