In the role of Storeroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for and not limited to overseeing all receivables into the storeroom, logging, releasing and keeping inventories according to established standards.
· Receive, store, issue, source and rotate goods.
· Work closely with Executive Chef to assure timely delivery and product quality.
· Properly use inventory and ordering system to receive goods and manage inventory.
· Establish and maintain adequate PAR levels.
· Complete month-end inventory and enter into inventory system.
· Compliance with safety and OSHA.

**Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 Years basic knowledge of food & beverage product.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Able to use a hand cart or dolly. Must be able to work on their feet most of the day.
+ Previous use of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel is required.
+ Ability to cultivate relationships with both external and internal guests.
+ Detailed-oriented with excellent skills and time management.
+ Professional, clear written and verbal communications.
+ Must be outgoing, flexible and a good communicator.
