**Job Title: Stores Attendant-B** ****For more information, please call Austin at TWO-ONE-ZERO, FOUR-ONE-FIVE, ONE-NINE-ZERO-TWO**** **Job Description** This is a Supply Chain Distribution role. The position involves performing tasks related to inventory control, receiving materials, moving materials, and operating equipment. The role requires working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with overtime as needed. The candidate must have experience with inventory management and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word, and be willing to learn other programs. **Responsibilities** + Issue material under proper authorization, process and file required records, which may include picking up, hauling, and delivering materials using company vehicles. + Check received material for quantity, make visual inspections for identity, breakage, and condition, and process material receipt and related records. + Report irregularities and abnormal conditions. + Identify, sort, and record returned materials, place usable materials in stock, and sort non-usable materials into scrap containers. + Operate computer terminals and printers supporting a materials management system and other office equipment such as calculators and scanners. + Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage, including shipping and receiving hazardous materials under required safety and environmental procedures. + Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklift trucks, low lift trucks, hoists, overhead cranes, and order pickers. + Assist supervisor with maintaining efficient storage of materials, rearrangement or change of bins and racks, and making material location changes. + Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels through inventory cycle counts, perform discrepancy adjustments with appropriate approval, and process associated records. + Assist employees of equal or higher classification. + Perform similar or less skilled work as required. + Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules, operating regulations, and practices. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED + Minimum of one year of work experience in inventory control, management, material handling, warehousing, or related experience + Basic computer skills, including the use of inventory management software such as Maximo, Microsoft Excel, and Word + Ability to perform basic math functions + Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds + Possess a valid state driver's license + Ability to operate material handling equipment including motorized forklifts and road vehicles **Pay/ Location/ Schedule** + This is a Long term contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. + Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7a-4pm plus any OT as needed + Pay is $20 with yearly raises and PTO after 30 days **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
