Position Summary:

This role drives strategic marketing initiatives across digital and in-store channels to achieve measurable results across 190+ retail locations.  The role includes utilizing a variety of marketing channels, leading social media strategy, executing email marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and proficiency in marketing and analytics tools. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the growth and success of our stores and overall brand. 

Essential Functions:

Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns across diverse customer segments and markets, utilizing a variety of marketing channels including digital and in-store

Lead social media strategy and create engaging content, including organic posts, vendor partnerships, and influencer collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement

Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns across customer segments and regions

Manage in-store sales promotions and corresponding signage 

Analyze social media and promotional performance data to extract actionable insights that inform marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI

Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing a range of marketing and analytics tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, WordPress, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics, Google applications, and Asana, to effectively manage and optimize marketing initiatives

Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-departmental teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to achieve shared objectives

Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be highly motivated for results and function well in a fast paced environment

Must be flexible and able to adapt and react to changing business conditions

High level of organizational skills, detail orientation and accuracy skills

Must have strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate projects with many details

Must be able to develop, refine, communicate, and implement plans, set and maintain goals

Requires customer focus with comprehensive communication skills and analytical skills 

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Strategic thinking skills with ability to be inquisitive, innovative and creative in order to build relationships, network, link resources and apply business practices

Ability to foster high level of confidence and reliability in thought processes and results 

Knowledge of industry trends and developments

Educational & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related required.

Five years previous retail marketing or program management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 

In lieu of the specified education and experience requirements, a proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered.
